Satin paint

The car I pick up next week has SVO satin paint - anyone else have satin paint (I assume it is quite a rare option given the price Jaguar charge)?
Any tips on how best to look after/keep in tip top condition?
I have been told to only hand wash the car ideally with snow foam lance (what I do on my other car anyway) and not to polish.

There are various you tube videos on how to clean matte finished cars. There’s a various car valeting product companies sell shampoo specially made for matte cars .
