Sat Nav North up view

The sat nav on my F-Type seems to lack the North up view when following a route. <div><br></div><div>When there is no route programmed, I get the 2D, 3D and North up view options, but when there is a route programmed in, I only get 2D and 3D.</div><div><br></div><div>Anyone else noticed this or is my software in need of a tweak?</div>

Same issue and it drives me so mad I completely stopped using the SatNav and rather use my smartphone. <img src="http://www.ftypeforums.co.uk/images/converted_files/smileys/smiley7.gif" border="0" alt="Angry" title="Angry" />

Infuriating isn't it? It seems that if "auto zoom" is on, the "north up" option disappears. Switch off auto zoom and you should be fine...

I think it's what in the software business they call an "undocumented feature" - ie a bug! I've only had my V6 S a couple of weeks so still trying to find my way through the Navigation mess. Thank goodness the rest of the car is wonderful!!
