Retro Fit Electric Boot/Tailgate

Hi guys,

My current F-Type doesn't have the installed electric boot, but obviously has the holes for buttons where it could've been.

Does anyone know if it's possible to add it to the car? Installing the motors, struts or any logic boards required and getting it to work?

Cannot speak for the F Type, but did this conversion to my Evoque last year

As an FYI they supplied a kit that simply replaced the existing struts with powered versions, has a module that fitted in the tailgate and operated fully using the existing dash buttons, new tailgate button replacing a blank and uses standard remote key fobs

I would email and ask as they seemed happy to customise
 
Thanks bud! Just sent them a Whatsapp, it's the closest thing I've found that could work as Jaguar themselves won't supply me any of the parts the buggers!
