Just had the Jaaaag service, MOT, discs and pads done at Inchcape Guildford.

All happy with how it went and passed the MOT with no issues, but I just noticed that the online service history doesn't have anything listed under "Related Service Items".
It was the 96 month service so other than the usual oil and filters it also included the "final drive" oil change. Am I right in saying that is Jag speak for rear diff?

Should all of that be itemised? Is it an issue if it isn't provided I keep all the paperwork, or should I give them a ring and ask them to itemise it on the online history?
 
I would ask them to update the service history online with the relevant work completed. They can do it retrospectively and takes 2 minutes.
 
I had mine serviced for the first time since purchasing it at Jaguar Huddersfield this month and watched over the front desk staff while she was filling in the service record and double checked that she had not missed anything including brake fluid and spark plugs replacement. The updated records went live immediately.
 
Mine was serviced and MOT’d by Marshall JLR in Ipswich in March. It was the 64,000/48 month service at 3yrs as Jaguar serviced it early before they sold it and the dealership did it before I purchased it 🤷‍♂️ they only put on the main service. When I asked for the itemised bits to be added, they said it was locked and they couldn’t add them. I have popped them a subsequent email and asked again and will have to raise it with the service manager if I don’t get any joy. Also couldn’t get an invoice as they couldn’t produce one as they had “run out of credit” on their system for generating them. I have asked for one of those too! Finding them quite frustrating at the moment.
