I've taken a lot of thin hedge scratches recently, so I decided to polish them out.
Happily applied my favouraite Autoglim polish, then found it unusually difficult to wipe off. Turned out I had actually applied Autoglym metal polish which handily comes in an almost identical bottle and which I use on the exhaust pipes.
I had no choice but to press in with rubbing the metal polish off, then I applied the normal polish and succesfully got that off.
I was running out of daylight but to my eye it actually ended up looking like a pretty good job.
I guess I'll find out in daylight how it really looks...
