suggest how this can be resolved? Jaguar Customer Relations seem to push the
responsibility to the dealer€¦ But I'm still left with the following nightmares.<o

knocking noise from the engine €“ the response from the salesman was €˜they all
sound like that' In the excitement of the purchase and the knowledge that I
bought an approved used car with low mileage €“ I assumed it would be ok?<o

and the dealer agreed this needed looking into €“ But after 3 weeks in total the
engine is out of the car and stripped down but still unfixed and in bits!!</p>

car paddock at this weekends Festival of Speed, but with the engine out of the
car and stripped down, the dealer is certain it won't be ready by the weekend
and is unsure of when it will be fixed !!!<o

we have allocated a week to fix this and a week's contingency' €“ Still after

steering wheel which included the optional extra aluminium paddle shifters, but
they were removed from the car prior to the purchase and replaced with a
standard non-heated steering wheel<o

originally asked me to pay half of the repair as they were not responsible for
