Newbie saying hi!

Hi all,

I have just joined the forum - my 2012 Boxster S 981 is due to be sold privately tomorrow and I am emptying the back of the sofa to get the best F Type Convertible I can afford. More news on that to follow….

As a longstanding member of Boxa.net having owned 3 Boxsters I cannot wait to own an F Type. Is it weird to be constantly thinking about it all day long?…. 😂
 
Welcome to the dark side of noise and addiction. Even once it's on the drive you will be thinking about it non stop. I've had mine since April last year and I still get a buzz when I drive it every day. Something about it just makes it feel special.
 
I have driven 2 early V6S cabs this week - both looking a bit tired but both had the most addictive noise performance and handling. Here’s the sub frame on the 2013 I drove - not good hence my search for something more recent.

A slight health scare - made me realise I need to have an F Type as it has always been the dream car…
