phew - I had one too the other day - was doing 70 (honestly officer) when a pigeon hit my drivers side wing mirror at a 45 degree angle (it was flying directly at my head) and smashed the glass in the wing mirror. Luckily the wing mirror case was intact and so was the glass in the window <div> </div><div>cost to replace the glass in the wing morror - £245 - ouch</div><div> </div><div>if i'd had the window open listening to the exhaust the pigeon would have been lodged up my right nostril !!!! </div>
 
Wow - so there is a van under there somewhere :) Parking next to big things has an unexpected silver lining.<div> </div><div>Jess</div>
 
Yep - The van definitely saved the day! Only a slight dent to the jag, hopefully the Marina that own the tree will pay for the repair.<br />Sorry to hear about the mirror pigeon incident!
 
Wow Ricardo...That's quite an introduction!<br><br>Welcome.<br><br>So pleased for you that your car isn't too damaged. Could have been a disastrous start to F-Type ownership. <br>
 
<p>Welcome btw Ricardo! If you are the east side of Herts then I'm often out that way if you fancy saying hello - we've been pretty much touring the pubs of Essex/Herts/Cambs (and Kent/South Downs) every sunny day since we got our F. It's costing me a fortune in shandy and crisps ;o) Jess</p>
