Took delivery of my 2014 V6s last Saturday and now i've discovered this forum so I thought it might be a good idea to sign up and say hello <img src="http://www.ftypeforums.co.uk/images/converted_files/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" alt="Big smile" title="Big smile" /><br>
 
Welcome to the forum. We are a friendly bunch on here and there's lots of info within the various threads. Hope you enjoy your V6S as much as I do. I'm in Yorkshire too and there are a few more of us about. What colour did you go for and did you go Coupe or Cab?<br /><br />Scoobydoo
 
Thank's for the welcome.<br>It's the one in my avatar....silver roadster with black interior. It's my first Jaguar, so there's a fair bit to learn and get used to, but i'm happy to take the challenge <img src="http://www.ftypeforums.co.uk/images/converted_files/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /><br><br>This is going to be my only car (for the time being at least). Up until now I had my everyday car and my fun car, a Morgan 4/4 Sport which I had for 5 years.<br>I'm also a motorcycle enthusiast. I've been biking most of my life. If I could have only one fun vehicle it would be a bike.<br><br>I'm not really much of a stereotypical petrolhead, but I am an enthusiast all the same. I trained as an automotive designer, so it's hard not to be.<br><br>I'm looking forward to finding out some more about things F-Type on here!<br>Cheers,<br>The Jagster<br>

Welcome jagster. I'm in London but Yorkshire by background (Sheffield and York) - could be tempted up for an event ;) jess
 
Hi Jess...Similar background as myself too !<br><br>....It sounds like a meet up in the Peak District could be the way to go !?<br><br>......Castleton?...Monsal Head? etc..<br>
 
Looks a meet up/"tour de Yorkshire" could be on then. <br /><br />I'm happy to pull this together but I'll start a new thread to get some ideas of where to meet up and suitable dates.<br /><br />
