Hi peeps.
Recently purchased a 5ltr convertible ftype.
Still getting used to it and as with other cars I have had, I normally sign up to the UK forums related to vehicle as there tends to be a lot of good info and occasional banter.
Hope you are a friendly lot?

PS wife also as a FPACE 3 ltr S but that's more a family run around so tend to goggle info on that.

Welcome AJ.
I’m sure you’ll find us a decent bunch.
Can’t beat a convertible to make the most of the great F sound 😎
…we do expect photos as proof of ID 😉

A Series I RWD V8S... Great choice!
Circa 2014/15 ?
We have more information than you can shake a stick at!
Aye, a wee welcome...

Welcome , lovely looking car . We're in jockaneeland are you located

Central Scotland.
Car is a late 2013 - so maybe one of the first.
Would have liked newer but couldn't find one with low miles in this colour plus the spec was ideal…..so had no real choice. Did consider a white one but misses preferred the red (Italian racing red - or as my mates have said, VOLVO burgandy).

Me to . higher millage cars are ok providing all service items have been changed nothing to worry about , if ever you get any fault lights PM me i have a jlr v2 code reader , or just simply want a chat .

Are you based central Scotland too?

Car locked away for winter on a trickle charger so hopefully in the spring no fault lights appear. A previous XKR I had did have a tendency to throw the toys out the pram regarding random fault lights. I'm hoping Jag build quality has come on a bit but doubt it..LOL

Yes. I sent you a PM.

Not sure if it's 5 posts or 10 before you can pm , every forum is different, maybe I got it wrong I find it difficult to navigate on here , like posting photos and setting an aviator etc , but will try pm you again

Mine is in hibernation to till middle of march , love it with the top down , could meet up for a coffee in the better weather in spring

I don't think I get PMs till you reach a certain amount of posts....nothing in my Pms anyway.

You can receive them, just can't post until you've "earned the right". ;)
