I’m sure that there is a well known dealership in northern England that would think it’s ok to sell cars with “paint” repairs just like that :lol: :lol: :lol: ok maybe not that bad but you’d be surprised :shock: I speak from experience :(
 
My wife videod a car just like that in Leicester a couple of months ago. MOT check came up with an expired MOT by 6 months!! She reported it to the police, who because she wasn't willing to go to court as a witness, weren't interested in pursuing the owner.

I believe it’s because they have no proof it was being driven. They’d have to stake out the property and wait for it to be driven. Easier to wait until it’s picked up in ANPR by a passing police car or camera
