Yep..."We could not find an account matching that email address".
Maybe coronavirus has gone digital and infected the JLR servers...or more likely they've not got enough support staff on-site and something has gone a bit wibbly with the service (technical term).

It was working yesterday and this morning ok for me but now not even getting to login page.
