Help with colour choice

Its surely about the colour combination with the rest of the car, wheels etc etc. AdrainL's setup (see yesterday's "So this happened today thread") looks great in white, (would it have looked as good in silver wheels- probably not!).

Red black wheels. White always reminds me of an unfortunate incident I had while working for the United Nations.

Didn't know the F Type was available in brown

Sorry :)

I like red (obviously) but a bad experience with a non metallic red car in the past when body repairs faded at different rates, puts me off completely (red is more affected due to the wavelength of the colour apparently).

The F type is one of a few cars that really suits white with the black pack. I'd probably choose this. Doesn't matter though either looks great.

Ask for an opinion on colour and you'll get a zillion answers! ;)

My advice... go and see both in the flesh.

My other advice... silver with black/charcoal grey accents. :D

I went through the exact same dilemma with my daughter choosing between Firenze red and Yulong
For her E Pace
Decision was the red as on the FType the dealer had it was clear just how much of a light grey Yulong actually is

You have to see it in the flesh to be sure, but both are good colours
My preference is Firenze

Personally I think the F-Type suits black or white in coope form. I went black. If red or white was the options available I would go white.
At the end of the day all the colours look amazing so really is personal choice and a nice dilemma to have.

My friend continuously used to say "the only car that should be red is a Ferrari". However he did own one at the time. But then after preaching that for many years he now has a v8 Mustang in.... you guessed it.... red. I regularly remind him of what he used to say.

White paint and red paint suit the black pack and black wheels best and provides a cosmetically appealing contrast. The panoramic roof is a must too IMO.

This is my glacier white metallic R.

I'm with mickjaguar on this (but then I would be, wouldn't I?) - Glacier White with black (well carbon fibre) accents. Typical Jaguar understatement, until you open the throttle - what a hooligan of a car!

I went for the fixed spoiler as the "up at 70, down at 50" in the coupe is too obvious for speed limit breakage. The softtop is a bit better at 60 up and 40 down.

I'd post some pics of mine if I can figure out how to.
