Heated steering wheel retrofit

I've just completed this retrofit, I've got a Model year 2016 car and fitted a heated steering wheel from a Model year 2020 car with no issues at all.

Used wiring harness and right switch pack from new steering wheel and left switch pack from old steering wheel, fitted the power module C2C7505 and all just works! Nice easy job.

Sorry to drag up an old thread but just after some advice…

I can get the module and have read about apparently using the left buttons from existing steering wheel and the right buttons with the heated steering wheel switch on from the new wheel.
My current steering wheel has speed limiter button on the right hand buttons whereas the new wheel has lane assist button instead, will this cause problems? Or will I have a speed limiter button still but with the wrong icon on it?

Photos attatched for reference
Thanks!

Just resurrecting this one. I get the steering wheels after the same across the model years, but does the model year change the module for the heating element?
Thanks
Jon

I've just purchased one off eBay from the US. It's a flat bottomed heated. I'm pretty sure I'll have to do some fannying about with the buttons but I'm not quite sure yet. I need to sit down and browse the forum..
