Heat under front wheel arch

Could be a bit paranoid as just had some major work done .. oil cooler and water pump replacement.

I noticed since ive had the car back the front fan stays on for about 20 seconds after ive switched the car of..which its never done before... also their is a lot of heat comming out of the drivers side of the car.. if i put my hand in the front drivers side wheel arch its scortching... like your cant leave your hand their for too long kinda svortching..yet on the passenger side its normal warmish temprature..

Im a bit concerned considering 2 weeks ago i had smoke bellowing from under the bonnet (casued appartly by faulty oil cooler)

Also.. i seem to have lost a bit of frint end grip. Car was quite planted on the front end.. now it feels quite floaty.

Could be a bit paranoid as had quite a few ftype issues over the last 3 years.. just seems odd since ive had this work done (was away 2 weeks)

Mine does this - the engine generates a huge amount of heat and it's vented out the sides. I particularly notice it when I open the door and you get a blast of hot air; but I'm not worried (yet)!
