I posted the YouTube video featured in the Auto Trader ad instead of the ad itself and it was interpreted as if the dealer was getting advertised for free here....! I was told to post the link to the Auto Trader ad only. Go figure.

You forgot to add that the dealer in this case is also a member on here who has been advised several times that if he wants to advertise he needs the permission of site admin.

Exactly it must just have been a coincidence that you posted about a car for sale by another member's company.
Let me be very clear.
I am party to things that have gone on "off board" and some people are very close to getting a permanent ban.
Best you leave this one alone.
