Getting ready to buy

Hi just wanted to say hello on here. I have been lurking on here for a while and am now at the point of getting an F type. It will be my first Jag and it has taken some thinking about considering all the options available. I think i am going to order one new as i have failed to find any super low mileage cars about in my spec.<div>Don't want the Pan roof but i do want the upgraded seats, car will be a V6S in Red. Hi Ridgeracer,<br /><br />Welcome to the forum. I too went for a standard roof V6S with the performance seats. I also went for red and purchased new as there was nothing available in the lightly used market. Have you chosen a dealer yet? I found that they vary in both quality and attitude. Some want to do business whereas others appeared almost disinterested. Thanks scoobydoo I have not chosen a dealer yet, got some very good prices off Drive the deal broker site and yes your right dealers do vary
 
I did the same and found that the DTD dealer was located just off the M25. Thankfully I found a dealer who was willing to be flexible and a deal was struck which meant I was able to buy relatively locally. Just a tip - if you are intending to buy your new car as a keeper, do check out the Jaguar service plans that are available to new car buyers.
