F-Type Carbon Fibre Packs - Currently on Sale

NOTE: I am in no way affiliated with this post nor am I the seller. Simply found it and posting in case of interest to others.

I got a PM about the rather expensive carbon packs, replacements and upgrades recently.
Well Jaguar currently have a clearance sale on which might be of interest hence the post. All Jaguar original parts from Jaguar online store with large discounts of what appears to be up to 75%. Some examples below with RRP from Britcar as a guideline.

Bought a set of carpets as they are consumables... Decent price too.
I have the full interior carbon which I can recommend, it sets the car off nicely. Have carbon door caps, removed them as they don't look quite as good as the body colour IMO. You need to watch the lacquer or lack of it on external CF from JLR... It does flake.
The carbon splitter is still a whopping 900 odd squid unfortunately.
More stock to add to my pile of spares!
 
Shame the centre console is sold out, that was tempting at that price (it's a near-£500 option on a new car!) - EDIT: Didn't notice it was pre-MY19, so it's a good job it was sold out or I would have bought it in error!

Grabbed a set of the mats aswell, just for when the ones that came with the car wear through. Thanks for posting the link.

EDIT: The wheels are the same price at RimmerBros by the looks of it. Would love to know the weights of them.
 
I not convinced there's any difference between MY16 or MY15 ploor pans.

AWD and RWD I could see a possible added bulge maybe for the transfer box... But as they're not drive wheel specific, I went for the cheaper ones!
 
Good spot simpleR! Tempted by the carbon fibre bonnet vents/trims, I have the carbon fibre centre console from new and it looks really good and glad I got it. Also sensible to get a set of luxury mats for £41 including postage and VAT! They were a very expensive option which I didn’t go for when I got my car.

Bought carpet mats and new wheel centre caps (latter unfortunately not on sale).

I'm tempted by a set of wheels for winter tyres too but I'm already out of space in the garage 😂.
 
ooo, the aluminum shifters for £120 are tempting, if they had carbon ones (that aren't the stick on ones) I wouldn't hesitate. I hate the plastic ones.

Carbon center console is sold out already?

was sold out by the time I looked (around 5.30pm)
 
Well I brought the car mats as well and I'm still pondering on a set of 20" black venoms for £200 each.

Wish they had my wheels in the crazy sale. I would buy a set of them for 800 all in as you can't get them for love nor money new.
 
I am very tempted by the centre console kit, but the listing states for "pre 19MY", so guessing will not fit on 20MY although the only to me visible difference is the display screen size.
Has there been no kits for 19+20MY?

I have it on my MY20 and whilst externally it might look the same I wouldn’t be surprised if the mountings are different because of the larger screen and lack of side buttons.

As it was ordered from new by me it doesn’t have that sort of part number on my order form, it just says “Carbon Fibre centre console - 063CM” as it was factory fit option, only dealer fit options have the part number on the order form. Sorry I can’t be more help, maybe someone knows how to get a part number from the factory code above?
 
Many thanks for the info - I've grabbed a set of carpet mats too. They've got the stainless steel footrest on offer which I picked up from Rimmer Bros a few weeks earlier at a similar price. Perfect match for the brake and accelerator.
 
I couldn't resist and bought the aluminium paddles. I just can't deal with the plastic ones.

Does anyone have a guide to change the paddles? Can't imagine it's too hard.

If you do buy one then let me know. You'll get a day at Fen End driving classic E-types anyway, but you should also get a £1500 bottle of whiskey which seems to be missing from the advert but I have the email confirming it....

Yes it does, its a slightly different pattern compared to the current pedals, but the same layout in fitting, i have just fitted one i got from from 'Rimmer's,' scary bit was drilling through the carpet, i put tape on the drill so as not to go beyond only the carpet as that is all you need to drill, all done in about an hour.
