So its a pretty low chance this will work but Jaguar.DE run an event where you can spend a day in one of their F-type Rs on the Nurburgring with an instructor, it costs about £2k in the F-type r and you are in a group of 4 people, you have to do the training course first unless you have "sufficient experience" i.e. race license or evidence of extensive track day history.
