Double chirp from alarm sounder after opening drivers door.

2nd issue today is my car has started double chirping when I open the door.

Everything seems to work normally, the car locks fine, 2 presses on either the key lock button or pressing in the handle twice produces the single tone for super-locked.

Unlocking either by pressing the unlock button on the key, or the unlock button on the handle works fine and all doors and boot unlock.

It’s when I pull the drivers door handle to open the door, I get a chirp chirp from the sounder. The door opens normally and I can’t find a fault, but it does it every time.

Any ideas?

..Did I mention the adjustable? ...cures all gremlins!

Page 11 of your manual, you have a mislock error, possible fault with either of the alarm sensors. Contact retailer... or you could try Tel advice first and see if it resets...
