Ctek battery charger comfort connector

Hey,
Trying to sort out a Ctek charger and can’t seem to find information and hoped someone can enlighten me.
I like the idea of the comfort connector and was trying to understand if the comfort connector panel comes with a lead to connect the panel to the car or does that need to be purchased separately (Amazon only shows the panel and has very little information regarding what’s included with the comfort panel)
I was looking at the MXS 5.0 charging unit to go with the comfort panel
Any advice or tips on what works together will be much appreciated.

Thanks Mike, I had seen these ones I liked the look of the panel type one that fits into the boot panel
