CD Storing?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section but how do I store CDs into the car’s memory?

The infotainment has a section called stored CDs but I can’t see how to do it……

Sussed it….i think the reason it wasn’t showing was because you can’t store ripped CDs.

Well…..I thought I’d sussed it but now I’m not so sure.

I’ve managed to get one cd stored but when I went to store the second one the system just defaults to the first cd.

The cd was already loaded so I’m wondering whether I need to take it out and put it in again before trying to upload to the second slot?

I've had a 2013 F-Type and now in a 2021, but I don't recall ever seeing a CD drive. Was it an optional extra perhaps?

No it was standard in earlier cars - at least with Meridian - and quite handy.

Not as handy as a USB stick full of ripped tracks, though!

Sussed it again…….didn’t realise the CD already stored played at the same time as uploading the disc in the cd player

Anyway, currently reliving my youth (again) with all my old CDs that haven’t been out of the box for years!

Going to treat the big cat to a wash at the weekend (weather permitting) then take a few photos to bore you all senseless…….

Might even pose in the car too

Too late mate……did that last night and got a telling off from Mrs Madpig about not lighting the log burner soon enough
