Carpathian Grey - Which Wheel Colour

I haven't seen it in the flesh yet as I'm working away at the minute, but the deal is done and i'm just waiting to finally meet my new car in the flesh. It'll be a nice Xmas present to myself! :D

It's a V8R in Carpathian (Storm) Grey. A colour that pictures rarely do justice, but I have seen others in the flesh and I like it. What I've not seen is one with the wheel colour combination I'm considering, so I would appreciate the views of others on here.

The car is a dark metallic grey, and has the gloss black pack and black interior. I'm thinking of getting the wheels powdercoated gloss black. I've done a crude picture mock up to show the difference.

So, stay silver, or go black????

Tough choice! They both look great but I'm veering towards the black wheels, much as I like the silver ones! But you've got to live with your decision, I'm sure whatever you choose will be just fine. ;)

Black all the time for me - whose summer and winter wheels are both silver!

I don't feel those wheels in silver do the car justice in terms of an expensive looking wheel.

...not to mention the brake dust you'll notice after each journey, even with a coating!

Black wheels are lost IMHO.

I have those same wheels on my 400 Sport in dark satin grey. That would look awesome on your car.

Dark satin grey aka Gunmetal is the colour.

Carbon Fibre lightweight forged blades if you can get them....https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1-EXCELLENT-GENUINE-ORIGINAL-JAGUAR-F-TYPE-BLADE-20-ALLOY-WHEEL-CARBON-10-5J/283620186763?epid=5030566858&hash=item4209149a8b:g:X28AAOSwHGFcfykl

Black all the way look at our old Evoque. Same colour.

Have to agree especially as the OP's new one already has the black pack. :D
My current Evoque P300 in Carpathian grey with black, black and more black.

Well the wheels are now in motion (pun intended). Car is away this morning in order to get the wheels finished in gloss black, as it was the last opportunity to get it done before collection just after Xmas. I've also ordered some black and chrome centre caps to replace the red, so I'll see how that turns out.

Thanks for the input and opinions so far, but if nothing else it will complement the wife's F-Pace.
