Ammonite grey with black pack!

Looks great Lofty...i feel exactly the same as you...not keen on chrome at all. jam beginning to think that grey's actually need some chrome!!
The one thing i know i do want is the black pack so maybe i need a re- think...and to be honest i have always love the silver....maybe i should play safer.....its a difficult one not being able to see the colour before ordering....Silver has always looked awesome with black! (as does red by the way)

Has now officially turned into Rhodium Silver with a Black pack. On reflection i have decided after much deliberation that black wheels etc go better with Silver than with Grey.
Subjective i know, but i am really happy to have finally made my mind up....roll on delivery day.(end April)

Hi folks

I have black wheels against white paintwork & I reckon they make the car look better & perhaps a bit more sporty (it is a sports car after all!). From a practical point of view, black is much easier to keep in good condition. If you don't suffer from the obvious kerb damage the wheels will still get the odd stone chip & unless you're happy to have them repaired & resprayed each time it's relatively simple to use a five pound touch up pen to get rid of the unsightly blemishes. As silver is available in so many shades it's often hard to get an exact match and it's usually necessary to feather the repair area which will be very obvious on a silver wheel if the shade isn't a perfect match. Conversely, black has much fewer shades & the eye doesn't detect differences so easily. If of course you opt for the diamond cut wheel finishes, while they look great, they are much more difficult to repair & any chip or damage will look awful & make you feel embarrassed & want to cry! They can only be properly repaired by re-milling & re-lacquering.

Decisions, decisions...
