We offer for sale the pair of Jaguar GT4 cars built by Jaguar SVO for Invictus Games Racing to compete in the British GT Championship in 2018 and 2019. These are the first race cars designed and built by Jaguar since the Le Mans winning C-Type and D-Type models of the 1950's. There are only 3 cars in existance, these two and chassis 001 which is the Jaguar owned test car.
The cars are built using standard Jaguar F-Type bodyshells which are modified by RML for competition. The engine is the standard 5.0ltr V8 but with a motorsport baffled sump. The gearbox is a 6 speed sequential Xtrac unit connected via standard prop to a Hewland externally adjustable preload rear diff with upgraded GKN motorsport driveshafts taking drive to the wheels.
The cars run on Bosch Motorsport ECU's with M4 adjustable ABS/TC and Cosworth PI dash for data logging.
Suspension is Bilstein 3 way adjustable with Eibach springs
The package comprises of the pair of complete cars which are on the button and a huge spares package which includes engine, gearbox, uprights, bodywork, exhausts, driveshafts, brakes, wheels etc etc.....too much to list on here but a complete list is available to seriously interested parties.
Both cars were fully stripped and rebuilt by DAE after the 2018 season and rebuilt with upgrades which made them alot more reliable and competative and saw them win the first race of the BGT season and go on to take further podiums throughout the season.
