After a fair amount of research, a lot of great advice received here (thank you), and lots of searching, my new cat came home this week.
Late 2019 P380 Chequered Flag in Caldera Red, with all the extras I was specifically looking for: ebony Windsor leather, memory seats, climate pack, pano roof mainly. The Chequered Flag spec seems to look after most of the rest. Approved Used - got a reasonable discount, and taking out the minimum Jaguar finance and paying it off the very same day allowed me to get an additional (2nd) year's Jaguar warranty for one day's interest - £3.80.
I had a great day driving home to Hampshire, and since then it has been smiles and smiles - particularly in Dynamic Mode. Quite enough fun and noise for me without needing even to locate Fuse 15. But each to their own!
Has anyone had any good or bad experiences of the main dealers around me - Basingstoke, Southampton or Newbury? Or of excellent indies for the future?
