Has anyone had any experience of getting these repaired? Would a repair last or is it better just to get a replacement wheel?

Hi all, Can anyone tell me how to remove the panels on each side of the boot so that I can gain access to fit a new parcel shelf peg. Image attached (not of my car). I assume they just push up with a bit of force but I don't want to break any fixings. Many thanks
