Are there any issues travelling around Europe in an F type? Just thinking about emissions and noise in various countries.

Hi all I am looking at a F type and want to get your thoughts on suitability for someone who is 6ft 4” tall. Is being tall an issue? I prefer the coupe. Are some models more suitable than others? Many thanks for your help.
